We started by creating a custom-built quiz that identifies the lowest scored area in a lead’s business. We then created an automated process to transfer the lead segments across CapsuleCRM with appropriate tags to represent the lowest area.
With detailed lead segments, we were now able to create highly personalised email workflows that provided useful & relevant content to offer a smooth sales pipeline experience.
